Terms of booking and renting .
Before all bookings and payments, you must make a pre-booking request in our establishment by mail, electonic mail or by filling out the reservation form.
We will respond as soon as possible to let you
know if that apartment is available.
After that, we will send you a rental contract with different forms of
payment available to you. Payments accepted : euro cheques, cash,
checks, bank cards (secure payment by Credit Agricole bank).

Conditions
: at
booking a 30% deposit is required, the balance is due 15 days before
your arrival at the apartment. If the balance is not paid before your
stay at our flat, your booking will be cancelled and the depositi will
not be returned.
